it is religion that often determines how they act and feel toward homosexuals.
We will not have a better understanding of the issues nor make progress
either personally or as a citizenry until we explore in greater depth why this is true.

Yet that can be difficult because on all sides you can find misrepresentation and misinformation, so there is a great need for there to be a place where the pros and the cons are allowed to speak for themselves, along with independent research and journalism, and where you have access to their original source material
